Day Four ~ August 6th, 2018
Day one of a new lifting split for me via a fellow Hive member at Darebee.com
It’s called Upper-Lower Split: Mutation and I am stoked to give this one a whirl for the next four weeks before my focus shifts to a more cardio heavy program. I don’t feel sore or anything at this point, but traditionally the routines by this guy don’t tend to hit me until the day after. But I’m hoping I’ve got my recovery program on point and I don’t get too sore!
