Day 28 ~ 26 squats (20sec rest)/5 sets
Day 29 ~ 26 jab + cross + squat (20sec rest)/5 sets
Day 30 ~ 700 punches in total (1 set)
This wasn’t as challenging for me as I would have liked, but it was a nice addition to each day for this month. I’m slowly, and I mean slowly, coming to enjoy squats more and more.
I always love reading information on connections between DNA and Autism because it is incredibly fascinating! So much that’s been learned already and still much to be discovered!

My son did ABA Therapy and continues with a gross motor body break every 20 minutes to help keep him regulated. It really, really works!
Whatever you need to do to make ABA therapy happen for your kiddo, or someone you know, (if they aren’t already involved with it) then do it because it is completely worth it!
Finished up Cardio Trim Run program via Darebee.com yesterday.

I am beyond pleased that I completed this program on Level 3 every day and I only had two days (I believe) out of thirty that I didn’t finish all three unlocks as well. *happy dancing*
This program is easily my favourite one from the Darebee Team. Running is my zen and it was nicely paired with some circuit training and sprint intervals too!
Once again, all these challenges are linked from the site Darebee – Fitness Made Easy.
It’s been an invaluable resource for myself, and obviously for so many others too based on the forum community. A lot of time, effort, and research goes into everything the team shares with whomever would like to use it on the inter-webs and it is astounding. *loud applause*

I got a little behind in posting for these days (well, technically a lot behind…) and then just decided to wait until I finished it to post it.

This challenge wasn’t difficult at all, but I love push-ups so I enjoyed doing it every day!!
Cardio Trim Run Days
Day 16 ~ Do you enjoy cooking? What is the most delicious meal you have ever made?
Cooking isn’t something I enjoy. I’m not a bad cook, I just don’t like how much work/effort goes into creating an incredibly delicious meal to not be hungry by the time I finish cooking it.
One of the most delicious things I’ve ever made is probably Manicotti. I am not a big pasta eater, but that was so tasty ~ ~ ~ !
