Day 13: Flexibility ~ Level 3/5 sets/60 seconds **3 minute march steps non-stop warm-up** — sooooo relaxing!!

Day 14: Combat ~ Level 1/5 sets — shadow boxing with 30 knee to elbow crunches + 30 push-ups as active rest between sets

Day 15: Obstacle Run ~ Level 1/3 sets — did some jogging instead of the high knees as those are uncomfortable right now. Done only on level 1 made this workout go by very quickly!

Day 16: Power Circuit ~ Level 3/5 sets (35# sandbag) — not a difficult workout and I missed the sandbag 🙂



Cardio Blast Challenge

Day 13 ~ 350 jumping jacks (1 set)

Day 14 ~ 180 high knees (1 set)

Day 15 ~ 400 jumping jacks (100×4)

Day 16 ~ 200 high knees (100/100)

Day 17 ~ 450 jumping jacks (225/225)

Fit Christmas Seasonal 12-Day Program

Day 4 ~ Level 3/100reps each ~ punches (1 set) + side kicks (1 set) + back fists (1 set)

Day 5 ~ Level 3/40reps each ~ elbow plank leg raises (1 set) + elbow plank side crunches (1 set) + body saw (1 set) + plank rolls (1 set)

Day 6 ~ 600 high knees (1 set)

Day 7 ~ Level 3/2 minutes each ~ scissor chops (1 set) + arm scissors (1 set) + raised arm circles (1 set) + raised arm hold (1 set)

Day 8 ~ Level 3/5 sets ~ 20 high knees + 2 plank jacks (x4)

Day 9 ~ 400 squats (50/50/50/50/50/50/25/25/25/25)

Day 10 ~ Level 3/40reps each ~ plank walk-outs (20/20) + shoulder taps (20/20) + up and down planks (20/20)

Day 11 ~ Level 3/100reps each ~ uppercuts + hooks + squat hold punches (no rest, one go)

Day 12 ~ 600 flutter kicks (200/200/100/100)
