Day 28: abs ~ Level 3/5 sets — fell on my core day so this workout meshed perfectly with everything else I had planned exercise-wise for today! πŸ˜€

Totals Program

Day 28 ~ 50 plank leg raises (1 set) + 50 body saw (1 set) + 50 plank crunches (30/20) + 50 side plank rotations (1 set)
