Day 28 ~ 53 micro expansions/3 sets — feels sooooo good!

Super Saiyan Challenge

Day 28 ~ 320 sit-ups (110/110/100) + 750 squats (150 sumo/150 split/150 basic/100 single leg/100 plie/100 shrimp/100 jump) — I’m ready to be done with the high reps of sit-ups… they are so boring! I know I will miss the squats once this challenge is over, which is not something I ever expected to say.
