Day 17 ~ 30 side bends x2

Day 18 ~ 40 micro expansions/3 sets

Day 19 ~ 32 side bends x2



Super Saiyan Challenge

Day 17 ~ 200 push-ups (100 classic/60 reverse grip/20 staggered/20 matrix) + 900 punches (450/450)

Day 18 ~ 220 sit-ups (110/110) + 500 squats (10 pistol/100 single leg/100 basic/100 sumo/100 split/90 shrimp)

Day 19 ~ 220 push-ups (120 wide grip/30 triangle/30 dragon/20 archer/20 decline) + 1000 punches (500/500)

Unofficial 2 Minute Pull-Up Challenge

Day 17 ~ 38 seconds up and down — not as easy as I thought it would be this time around…

Day 18 ~ 200 sit-ups (100/100)

Day 19 ~ 42 seconds up and down — got it done on one try, but it was difficult. The day after tomorrow is where I got stuck last month so I’ll see soon if I can actually get past it or not.
