Day 14 ~ 34 micro expansions/3 sets

Day 15 ~ 26 side bends x2

Super Saiyan Challenge

Day 13 ~ 160 push-ups (45/40/36/31/8) + 700 punches (1 set)

Day 14 ~ 180 sit-ups (90/90) + 400 squats (50×8)

Day 15 ~ 180 push-ups (80 triangle/25 decline/25 spiderman/25 judo/25 wide grip) + 800 punches (400/400)

Day 16 ~ 200 sit-ups (100/100) + 450 squats (100 single leg/100 jump/100 split/100 sumo/50 shrimp)

Unofficial 2 Minute Pull-Up Challenge

Day 13 ~ 32 second up and down — quite easy with the weights now removed!

Day 14 ~ 160 sit-ups (100/60)

Day 15 ~ 34 second up and down — did 5 full reps with ankle weights before knocking this time out.

Day 16 ~ 200 sit-ups (100/100)
