Day 8 ~ 26 micro expansions/3 sets

Day 9 ~ 20 side bends x2

Day 10 ~ 30 micro expansions/3 sets

Day 11 ~ 22 side bends x2

Day 12 ~ 32 micro expansions/3 sets



Super Saiyan Challenge

Day 8 ~ 120 sit-ups (1 set) + 250 squats (50/50/50/50/30/20)

Day 9 ~ 120 push-ups (52/45/23) + 500 punches (1 set)

Day 10 ~ 140 sit-ups (1 set) + 300 squats (50×6)

Day 11 ~ 140 push-ups (50/42/36/12) + 600 punches (1 set)

Day 12 ~ 160 sit-ups (100/60) + 350 squats (50×7)

Unofficial 2 Minute Pull-Up Challenge

Day 8 ~ 120 sit-ups (1 set)

Day 9 ~ 24 seconds up and down — using 5lb ankle weights. I think I will only get one more up and down in with weights before I need to remove them.

Day 10 ~ 120 sit-ups (1 set)

Day 11 ~ 28 seconds up and down — last time with 5lb ankle weights and it was extremely difficult, I almost didn’t make it!

Day 12 ~ 160 sit-ups (80/80)
