Posture Challenge

Day 1 ~ 10 side bends (repeat twice, once in the AM and once in the PM)

Day 2 ~ 20 micro expansions/3 sets



Super Saiyan Challenge

Day 1 ~ 40 push-ups (1 set) & 100 punches (1 set)

Day 2 ~ 60 sit-ups (1 set) & 100 squats (40/35/25)

Unofficial 2 Minute Pull-Up Challenge ~ put together by a fellow Hive member

Day 1 ~ 10 sec up and 10 sec down — using 5lb ankle weights

Day 2 ~ 100 sit-ups (1 set) — second time through this challenge so starting my sit-up reps higher than they are set to make it more challenging

Strength Protocol

Day 1 ~ shoulder, chest & triceps ~ Level 3/5 sets

Day 2 ~ back and biceps: L3/5 sets
