Day 28 ~ 26 squats (20sec rest)/5 sets
Day 29 ~ 26 jab + cross + squat (20sec rest)/5 sets
Day 30 ~ 700 punches in total (1 set)
This wasn’t as challenging for me as I would have liked, but it was a nice addition to each day for this month. I’m slowly, and I mean slowly, coming to enjoy squats more and more.
Day 28 ~ 84 chest expansions in total (1 set)
Day 29 ~ 14 bicep curls + 14 push-ups/5 sets — using 30lb dumbbells
Day 30 ~ 88 chest expansions in total (1 set)
Again, not all that difficult, but I enjoy push-ups and the expansions every other day felt awesome.
Day 28 ~ 4min 45sec chair-up — split into two sets of 4min/45sec
Day 29 ~ 14 wrist extensions/pronation/supination (each side)/5 sets — 15lb dumbbell for extensions and 25lb dumbbell for pro/sup
Day 30 ~ 5min chair-up — split into two sets of 4min/1min
This was a fun challenge and I got the most out of this one and the one below this month. My forearms needed this focus badly and I have noticed a big difference in my grip strength as well!
Day 28 ~ 240 sit-ups (120/120)
Day 29 ~ Rest
Day 30 ~ 60sec up and down (supposed to be), but replaced with three pull-up sets to failure — 18/14/11
Not sure which new fitness challenge I will do next as it isn’t posted yet, but I will be re-doing the Unofficial 2 Minute Pull-Up Challenge for sure. I got so close to finishing it and it’s helped immensely with increasing my pull-up reps in general too. I’m so close to 20reps, only two more reps to go, and I would love to meet this goal before the end of the year!
