Unofficial 2 Minute Pull-Up

Day 20 ~ 160 sit-ups (120/40)

Day 21 ~ 46 seconds up and 46 seconds down — failed 😦 40 seconds seems to be about my max right now. I’ll be doing this challenge again next month to see if I can complete it. For now I am continuing on with it, but replacing the timed up/down days with three sets of pull-ups to failure until the end of the month.

Day 22 ~ 200 sit-ups (100/100)

Day 23 ~ supposed to be 50sec up & down but three sets of pull-ups to failure instead — 18/12/10

Day 24 ~ 200 sit-ups (100/100)

Day 25 ~ supposed to be 54sec up & down but three sets of pull-ups to failure instead — 18/14/9

Day 26 ~ 240 sit-ups (120/120)

Day 27 ~ supposed to be 58sec up & down but replacing with three set of pull-ups to failure — 17/13/12
