Squats & Punches Challenge

Day 15 ~ 450 punches total (1 set)

Day 16 ~ 24 squats (20sec rest)/4 sets

Day 17 ~ 24 jab + cross + squats (20sec rest)/4 sets

Day 18 ~ 500 punches total (1 set)

Day 19 ~ 20 squats (20sec rest)/5 sets



Upperbody + Challenge

Day 15 ~ 10 bicep curls + 10 push-ups/4 sets — with 30lb dumbbells

Day 16 ~ 60 chest expansions total (1 set)

Day 17 ~ 10 bicep curls + 10 push-ups/5 sets — with 30lb dumbbells

Day 18 ~ 64 chest expansions total (1 set)

Day 19 ~ 12 bicep curls + 12 push-ups/3 sets — with 30lb dumbbells

Unofficial Forearm + Challenge

Day 15 ~ 10 wrist exts/pro/sup (each side)/4 sets — 15lb on extension and 20lb on pro/sup

Day 16 ~ 2 minute 30 second chair-up

Day 17 ~ 10 wrist exts/pro/ sup (each side)/5 sets — 15lb on extensions and 20lb on pro/sup

Day 18 ~ 3 minute chair-up

Day 19 ~ 12 wrist exts/pro/sup (each side)/3 sets — 15lb on extensions and 25lb on pro/sup

Unofficial 2 Minute Pull-Up Challenge

Day 15 ~ 34 sec up and 34 sec down — incredibly difficult, but I made it on my first attempt!

Day 16 ~ 160 sit-ups (100/60)

Day 17 ~ 38 sec up and 38 sec down — easier than the last time, but still tough.

Day 18 ~ 160 sit-ups (120/40)

Day 19 ~ 42 sec up and 42 sec down — holy smokes I barely made it! Once I got to the last twenty seconds on my negative the descent was darn near out of my control. Ten days left in this challenge and I might not complete it… I will go until I can’t anymore or hopefully surprise myself with finishing it! 😀
