Day 13 ~ 22 squats (20sec rest)/4 sets

Day 14 ~ 22 jab + cross + squat (20sec rest)/4 sets



Upperbody + Challenge

Day 12 ~ 54 chest expansions total (1 set)

Day 13 ~ 10 bicep curls + 10 push-ups/3 sets –30lb dumbbells on curls

Day 14 ~ 56 chest expansions (1 set)

Unofficial Forearm + Challenge

Day 12 ~ 1 minute 45 second chair-up

Day 13 ~ 10 wrist exts/pro/sup (each side)/ 3 sets — 15lb dumbbell on extensions and 20lb dumbbell on pro/sup

Day 14 ~ 2 minute chair-up

Unofficial 2 Minute Pull-Up Challenge

Day 12 ~ 120 sit-ups (1 set)

Day 13 ~ 32 second up and 32 second down — all of the hard!

Day 14 ~ 120 sit-ups (1 set)
