Squats & Punches Challenge

Day 10 ~ 20 squats (20sec rest)/4 sets

Day 11 ~ 20 jab + cross + squat (20sec rest)/4 sets



Upperbody + Challenge

Day 10 ~ 52 chest expansions (1 set)

Day 11 ~ 8 bicep curls + 8 push-ups/4 sets — still using 30lb dumbbells for curls

Unofficial Forearm + Challenge

Day 10 ~ 1 minute 30 second chair-up

Day 11 ~ 8 wrist extensions/pronation/supination (each side)/5 sets — using 15lb dumbbell for extensions and 20lb dumbbell for pro/sup

Unofficial 2 Minute Pull-Up Challenge

Day 10 ~ 90 sit-ups (1 set)

Day 11 ~ 28 seconds up and 28 seconds down — getting hard!
