Day 6 ~ 48 chest expansions (1 set)

Day 7 ~ 8 bicep curls + 8 push-ups/3 sets — with 30lb dumbbells

Day 8 ~ 50 chest expansions (1 set)

Unofficial Forearm + Challenge

Day 6 ~ 45 second chair-up

Day 7 ~ 8 wrist exts/pro/sup (each side)/3 sets — using 15lb dumbbell

Day 8 ~ 1 minute 10 second chair-up

Unofficial 2 Minute Pull-Up Challenge

Day 6 ~ 90 sit-ups (1 set)

Day 7 ~ 22 second up and 22 second down

Day 8 ~ 90 sit-ups (1 set)
