Day 10 ~ 180 flutter kicks (1 set)

Day 11 ~ 1 minute high knees/3 sets

Day 12 ~ 1 minute flutter kicks + 1 minute rest/3 sets

Day 13 ~ 30 high knees + 30 climbers/4 sets

Day 14 ~ 220 flutter kicks (110/110)

Day 15 ~ 1 minute high knees/3 sets


Endurance Challenge

Day 10 ~ 1 minute 40 second elbow plank one go

Day 11 ~ 3 minute 30 second high knees non-stop

Day 12 ~ 2 minute elbow plank one go

Day 13 ~ 4 minute high knees non-stop

Day 14 ~ 2 minute 20 second elbow plank one go

Day 15 ~ 4 minute 30 second high knees non-stop

Office Challenge

Day 10 ~ 1 minute 40 second triceps dip hold

Day 11 ~ 2 minute wall sit

Day 12 ~ 2 minute triceps dip hold

Day 13 ~ 2 minute 10 second wall sit

Day 14 ~ 2 minute 10 seconds triceps dip hold

Day 15 ~ 2 minute 20 seconds wall sit

Boxer Prime

Day 10 ~ Stretching: each exercise one after the other from start to finish

Day 11 ~ Speed: Level 2/5 sets — I just didn’t have the time to fit two more sets in for Level 3.

Day 12 ~ Endurance: Level 3/7 sets with EC = no rest

Day 13 ~ Agility: Level 3/7 sets with EC = no rest

Day 14 ~ Abs: Level 3/5 sets

Day 15 ~ Power: 5 drills with 30 seconds rest between drills — I did way better at this (and I was way faster) than I thought I would do. Super impressed with myself šŸ˜€
