Endurance Challenge

Day 7 ~ 2min30sec high knees non-stop

Office Challenge

Day 7 ~ 1min20sec wall sit

Boxer Prime

Day 6 ~ Speed: Level 3/7 sets

Day 7 ~ Endurance: Level 3/7 sets

UGH!! ~ I am glad that I caught up on this program as of today because doubling up these days isn’t awesome at all. It’s a tough program with one day at a time, two is definitely not ideal.
