Multiplank & 10,000 Crunches Challenges ~ Completed!

Mutliplank Challenge

Day 29 ~ 2 minute acrobat plank

Day 30 ~ 2 minute push-up plank

Such a fun challenge!! I think I will do it again eventually, but with maybe a longer duration for the plank hold.

10,000 Crunches Challenge

Day 29 ~ 580 crunches (160/160/160/100)

Day 30 ~ 600 crunches (200/200/200)

A bit tedious time-wise from about halfway to the end as the reps were getting so high. It did help me push my reps per set harder as I tried to get in as much as I could each set to save myself some time!
