Day 22 ~ 2 minute seagull elbow plank

Day 23 ~ 2 minute raised leg elbow plank

Day 24 ~ 2 minute decline plank

Day 25 ~ 2 minute knee in elbow plank

Day 26 ~ 2 minute raised side elbow plank

Day 27 ~ 2 minute incline plank


10,000 Crunches Challenge

Day 22 ~ 520 crunches (150/150/150/70)

Day 23 ~ 540 crunches (150/150/150/90)

Day 24 ~ 100 crunches (1 set) [active rest]

Day 25 ~ 540 crunches (160/160/160/60)

Day 26 ~ 560 crunches (160/160/160/80)

Day 27 ~ 580 crunches (160/160/160/100)

Fighter’s Codex

Day 23 ~ Fists of Fury: Level 3/10 sets — As the name says, it was all punching moves and combos for this day. It was a lot of fun!!

Day 24 ~ Balance: 20 slow side kicks & turning kicks, 10 per side of each move. Finish with Blindfold hold for 60 seconds.

Day 25 ~ The Great Combo: 60reps per combo for a total of 6 different ones. Exercise filler of 40 double bounce squats + 10 push-ups

Day 26 ~ Speed: 6 moves completed as fast as possible in one minute each.

Day 27 ~ Challenge: 3,000 punches (1,000/1,000/500/500)

Day 28 ~ Stretching with a finish of 2 minute side splits

Day 29 ~ Practice: mostly kicks, with combos, for this practice day. Exercise filler of 40 bounces + 15 push-ups for a total of six times in total.
