Multiplank Challenge

Day 20 ~ 2 minute shoulder tap full plank — not the most fun variation for me. Especially after almost 300 push-ups!

Day 21 ~ 2 minute raised leg bridge plank (1min es)

10,000 Crunches Challenge

Day 20 ~ 100 crunches (1 set) [active rest]

Day 21 ~ 500 crunches (100repsx5)



Fighter’s Codex

Day 20 ~ Stretching with a finisher of 2 minute side splits

Day 21 ~ Jackie Chan Tribute: Level 3/10 sets

Day 22 ~ Practice: mostly kicks with a few simple combos involving squats. Exercise filler of 40 bounces + 10 push-ups between each move for a total of six times through it.
