Multiplank Challenge

Day 13 ~ 2 minute knee side crunch full plank (1min es)

Day 14 ~ 2 minute side elbow star plank (1min es)

Day 15 ~ 2 minute one arm reverse plank (1min es)

Day 16 ~ 2 minute knee tap side elbow plank (1min es) — harder than I thought it would be!!


10,000 Crunches Challenge

Day 13 ~ 400 crunches (100×4)

Day 14 ~ 420 crunches (110/110/100/100)

Day 15 ~ 460 crunches (120/120/120/100)

Day 16 ~ 100 crunches (1 set) [active rest]

Fighter’s Codex

Day 13 ~ Practice: mostly kicks with an exercise filler of 10 double bounce squats + 10 push-ups

Day 14 ~ L3/10 sets — so brutal!! I almost did make it through to Level 3!

Day 15 ~ L3/10 sets — good mix of exercises/moves so it was actually a lot of fun doing this day 🙂

Day 16 ~ Balance: 20 each of slow front kicks and turning kicks + finish with a blindfold balance stand.
