Balance, Splits, & Batcave Challenges ~ Days 1 to 5

Once again, all these challenges are linked from the site Darebee – Fitness Made Easy.

It’s been an invaluable resource for myself, and obviously for so many others too based on the forum community. A lot of time, effort, and research goes into everything the team shares with whomever would like to use it on the inter-webs and it is astounding. *loud applause*

And now on to some fitness challenges!

Balance 30-Day Challenge

D1 ~ 3min one go balance hold (1:30 each side) ✓

D2 ~ 80 side leg raises/1 set ✓

D3 ~ 4min total balance hold (2min each side) ✓

D4 ~ 80 side leg raises/1 set ✓

D5 ~ 4min one go balance hold (2min each side) ✓



Splits 30-Day Challenge

D1 ~ 40 leg raises (1 set) + 40sec splits ✔

D2 ~ 60 leg raises (1 set) + 1min splits ✔

D3 ~ 80 leg raises (1 set) + 1m20s splits ✔

D4 ~ 100 leg raises (1 set) + 1m20s splits ✔

D5 ~ 120 leg raises (1 set) + 2min splits ✔

Batcave 30-Day Challenge

D1 ~ 100 squats (40/30/20/10) + 60 push-ups (44/16) ☑

D2 ~ 60 sit-ups (1 set) ☑

D3 ~ 120 squats (30/30/30/15/15) + 80 push-ups (42/38) ☑

D4 ~ 70 sit-ups (1 set) ☑

D5 ~ 140 squats (40/35/35/30) + 100 push-ups (45/30/25) ☑
