The fitness challenge I picked for the month of June is: Push-Up Ladder 30-Day Challenge. I’ve wanted to do this one since it came out two months ago so it’s happening now! šŸ™‚

Push-Up Ladder Challenge D1 ~ 4 wide grip + 6 classic grip + 4 close grip (30sec rest)/3 sets ✔

I am going to really, really enjoy this challenge!!

punches – 3280
uppercuts – 700
hooks – 1000
elbow strikes – 740
palm strikes – 440

Age of Pandora Part. 1 commenced!

Chapter 1

Part. 1 ~ 40 palm strikes, 40 knee strikes, & 40 elbow strikes

Part. 2 ~ Lvl 3/15 sets ~ 20 half jacks + 20 half jack squats + 4 side lunges

This program is going to be a lot of fun as well. I have wanted to do this program since I joined The Hive at Darebee about 6 months ago. So glad to be starting it finally!!
