I was able to bang this all out in 30minutes yesterday! I was super impressed with myself, though my shoulders are pretty darn sore/stiff today!

Ah ~ the last day in this experiment. It took me about 45minutes to complete Day 10.

The experiment was a lot of fun, but I think just about most forms of fitness are the best time ever ๐Ÿ˜› I will likely do this again in the future, but I think I will do barbell curls instead of alternate bicep curls next time.

I spent the last ten days in various forms of muscle soreness, but it was worth it!
This experiment made it possible for me to increase my overall reps for push-ups from 37reps to 47reps. I was stuck at 37reps for months until this past week and a half *happy dance* I will be giving 50reps a shot in a couple of days. I want to give my shoulders a good break before I give that a go!

Next up is getting that elusive 20 pull-ups in a row!!!
