Jump Rope Challenge D20 ~ 600 skips one workout ✓

Ab Advanced Challenge D20 ~ 160 up & down planks ✔

Four sets of 40reps.

Boxer Challenge D20 ~ 2min non-stop: 1 push-up + 4 punches ☑

Not so much fun after doing 300 push-ups and curls… But got it done!


Jump Rope Challenge D21 ~ 1min skips + 1min rest/4 sets ✓

Ab Advanced Challenge D21 ~ 420 sit-ups + 420 sitting twists + 210 leg raises ✔

Sit-up sets – 300reps & 120reps
Twist sets – 120/100/100/100
Raises – 3 sets of 70reps

Boxer Challenge D21 ~ 20sec high knees + 20sec punches (no rest)/6 sets ☑

I always enjoy days like these ones! Lots of fun ๐Ÿ˜€

Jump Rope Challenge D22 ~ skipping 8min in total ✓

Two sets of 4min.

Ab Advanced Challenge D22 ~ 440 sit-ups + 440 sitting twists + 220 leg raises ✔

Sit-ups – 300/140
Twists – 110/110/110/110
Raises – 55/55/55/55

Boxer Challenge D22 ~ 10 push-ups + 40 punches (no rest)/6 sets ☑

*insert huffing and puffing & useless floppy arms here* this was tough!!!

Jump Rope Challenge D23 ~ 4min skips non-stop ✓

Ab Advanced Challenge D23 ~ 460 sit-ups + 460 sitting twists + 230 leg raises ✔

Sit-ups – 300/160
Twists – 120/120/120/100
Raises – 70/70/70/20

Boxer Challenge D23 ~ 1800 punches ☑

Three sets of 600reps!

Only one week left for these challenges! I need to start thinking about what I want to do for next month! ones
