300 Push-Ups/300 Curls Experiment ~ Days 5 to 8 #Darebee

My time range varies from 45min to 1hour & 30min to finish each day.
I am doing this experiment on top of my regular lifting regime and my monthly challenges too so that has affected not only my time frame each day, but also, my performance as well.

For today I needed to wrap my wrists and do it all on my fists instead of my palms. The high reps for just over a week now is starting to take a toll on them, more so my right than my left. I don’t have full range of motion in my right wrist, so this was something I did expect to happen before I finished all ten days. Of course, I’d hoped that, that wouldn’t be the case though!

Because I had to change my execution of the push-ups for today it really affected how many reps I could do per set. Definitely disappointing, but the last thing I want to do is cause an injury that will put me out of commission for any amount of time.

Only two days left for this experiment!!
