Jump Rope Challenge D16 ~ 1min skips + 1min rest/4 sets ✓

Ab Advanced Challenge D16 ~ 140 up & down planks ✔

My least favourite day of this challenge… I split it into four sets, 40/40/30/30

Boxer Challenge D16 ~ 2min non-stop: 1 push-up + 4 punches ☑

This was tough after doing all the push-ups already for the Day 1 in the push-up/curls experiment!

I used 15lb dumbbells for my curls for Day 1, but I am going to increase it to 20lbs for Day 2 as 15lbs is too easy.
I just wanted to make to sure that it wouldn’t hurt my elbow(s) before upping it šŸ™‚
I don’t want it to be impossible or anything but I definitely want to take something away from these 10 days of the experiment!
