Even though I haven’t done a post for close to a week I’ve done my daily workouts for both challenges every day!
It’s just been so nice out so I’ve tried to be outside as often as possible. Plus, I was trying to get as much yard work/gardening done as well.
After I post this I am up-to-date on posts for this and I’ll prep the next two so it makes it easier to either post quickly or I might just queue them so they post automatically.

That 2 and a half min elbow plank was tough! I was shaking so bad by the end of my time.
95 sit-ups in one set wasn’t difficult but next week will certainly be getting a little harder for me.
Also, I’ve decided to start the Avatar Upgrade Program from Darebee. Probably won’t be a daily occurrence, but it will depend on what’s going on exercise-wise each day and how much time I have as well. And I’ll be doing the cards randomly and not in consecutive order to hopefully help keep it interesting 😀
I picked Card 16 at random shortly after dinner. I hadn’t planned on starting it today but that card is all balance and stretching moves so it worked out perfectly and felt AMAZING as my legs are feeling pretty stiff ~ ~
