I did this program after Gravity this morning so I would be able to get my max amount of reps out in that program, especially with how bloody stiff/sore I am today.
30 Days of Gravity Day 30 ~ all levels 6 sets for Pt. 1 ✔
** optional mod. replace back fists with alternate bicep curls, used 20 lbs
Pt. 2 ~ to failure push-ups/3 sets **set duration is rest duration**
1st set ~ 37 reps, 52 secs
Rest ~ 52 secs
2nd set ~ 13 reps, 24 secs
Rest ~ 24 secs
3rd set ~ 9 reps, 17 secs
Because of the yard work I did yesterday afternoon my back and shoulders are sooooo incredibly sore this morning and I wasn’t able to do as well as I would have liked for this part.
I think I will rotate a ‘to failure’ push-up day and a timed set/rest push-up day every week going forward. I would really, really love to get over that 37 rep hump!
These are all finished and it feels pretty amazing 😀 Especially that Advanced HIIT program because that was definitely tough so I am very glad that I was able to do it until the end!
