I decided to do this program after Gravity so my arms wouldn’t be exhausted before I got to my 3 sets of ‘to failure push-ups’.

30 Days of Gravity Day 19 ~ all levels 5 sets for Pt. 1 ✔

**Optional Mod. ~ Replace back fists with 20 alternate bicep curls ~ used 20 lb dumbbells

Pt. 2 ~ to failure push-ups/3 sets

1st set ~ 37 reps, 46 secs
Rest ~ 46 secs
2nd set ~ 14 reps, 27 secs
Rest ~ 27 secs
3rd set ~ 8 reps, 16 secs

Kick Master Challenge ~ 120 turning kicks & 120 side kicks ✅

30 Days of HIIT Adv. Day 20 ~ Level 2/7 sets ✓

~ high knees & plank holds

30 Days of Gravity Day 20 ~ Level 3/90 seconds/repeat once for Pt. 1 ✔

Pt. 2 Splits ~ 100 half jacks + 3 minute side splits

Kick Master Challenge D20 ~ 12 balance kicks/each leg/ both turning kicks & side kicks ✅

**Foot must not touch the floor for entire set, for each leg**
