30 Days of HIIT Adv. Day 3 ~ Level 2/7 sets/non-stop, no rest ✓

30 Days of Gravity Day 3 ~ Level 2/10 reps/20 sec raised leg hold/3 sets ✔

Yoga Week (permalink) has started at Darebee. It’s a week-long event with a new Yoga-based workout each day for seven days and so far I am enjoying it! Day 1 was Solid Base Yoga Workout and today’s (Day 2) was Expanse Yoga Workout. Looking forward to tomorrow’s workout 😀

This kind of tuckered me out today, that jump squat every twenty seconds was a challenge by the end of the fifth set *phew*

30 Days of Gravity Day 4 ~ Level 2/40 secs/repeat once, all levels ✔

The exercises for this day are all apart of my regular stretching/warm-up routine so it was so wonderful first thing this morning!!

Pull-Up Challenge D3 ~ 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps ✅

Pull-Up Challenge D4 ~ 20 sit-ups/3 sets, twice a day ✅

I think tomorrow is an increased first set so looking forward to that as well!

Did an outdoor run that was a mix of sidewalk, road, and trail this afternoon and finished at just under 9 km. It was windier than I anticipated so it was as awesome as I thought it would be. The wind off the lake is incredibly chilly still and unfortunately a good chunk of my run was right along it so I had me some cold face bits!
