Day 43 in Hero’s Journey was a quick once through sequence of the following exercises:
100 high knees
90 jumping jacks
80 straight leg bounds
70 side-to-side hops
60 side leg raises
40 toe tap hops
20 jump squats
I literally finished my last jump squat and just stayed down on the floor for a minute or two. My legs were on fire!!!
And my hips are still quite stiff/sore from my really long run a few days ago.
Total Abs was 7 sets of plank variations. Good stuff!
Steady on with the Meditation Challenge 😀
Tomorrow will be a good day for both programs as they are slightly easier exercises/sets!
