A whole ton of push-ups today for Hero’s Journey! My arms aren’t too sore at the moment, but I’m sure I will be feeling it something harsh tomorrow.
Also, had weapons’ practice for HJ and decided to pull-ups, free weights, kicks, and planks.
Daily Dare was 40 push-ups today too, but no EC for me as the maximum reps I could do was 34 which is a personal best for me!!!
All those days with ‘to failure push-ups’ in HJ, like this morning, have definitely helped contribute to me being able to do that many push-ups again without any injury *happy dance*
One minute sit-ups followed by one minute flutter kicks for Target 10 Challenge was pretty tough once I got halfway through my sets.
Tomorrow is my last day for this challenge and, also, my last day for Dragon Week too.
Raid Workout was the workout for Dragon Week day 6, still a good time *thumbs up*
