Day 21 ~ What’s the best way to deal with stress?
For me, the best way to deal with stress is running, working out, and listening to music. I usually end up doing all of these or at least one physical activity combined with music.
I rarely run or work out with no music, as I find that is the easiest way to approximate duration without actually consulting a clock or stop watch. Plus, it’s just super fun to get into your tunes while sweating your face off, right?! 😀
Sometimes I only use music to de-stress, but that is only when I don’t have the option to run or work out at all.
